Room rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) per room, for two persons for this room category:
Standard
Room rates are quoted for 4 persons for this room category:
2 Bedroom + Kitchen
Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, taxes, or gratuities.

Family Plan:
No additional charge for children 17 years and younger sharing accommodations with parents in existing beds. No additional charge for children up to 2 years in crib.

Additional Persons:
20 USD per night will be charged for each additional person 18 years or older sharing a room in excess of 2 persons.

Room Capacity:
Maximum room capacities are as follows:
Standard -- 4 persons
2 Bedroom + Kitchen -- 6 persons

Taxes:
Rates do not include 4.166% Hawaii State General Excise Tax and 7.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Taxes will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.

Deposit Policy:
A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card or cash deposit of the first night room rate plus tax received within 10 days of booking. A credit card is not charged until check-out. Major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation must be cancelled 3 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of the first night room rate plus tax.

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in 3 pm
Check-out 12 noon
Late check-out is subject to charge.
